Terms of Service

1.Service description

  • AIXE provides a cloud-based profit intelligence / analytics platform for e-commerce and D2C businesses.
  • The service includes: data import connectors / file uploads, profit calculations, dashboards, reports, alerts, and related features.

2. Account and access

  • Customers are responsible for:
  • maintaining the confidentiality of credentials,
  • ensuring only authorised users get access,
  • activity under their accounts (within reasonable limits).
  • AIXE may suspend access in case of abuse, security risk, or non-payment.

3. Subscriptions & payment

  • Service provided on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly).
  • Plans: Starter / Growth / Enterprise (as per Pricing page).
  • Auto-renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • No refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

4. Data accuracy & responsibility

  • Customer is fully responsible for:
  • correctness and completeness of uploaded data,
  • mapping of costs/fees to proper fields,
  • business decisions made based on AIXE outputs.
  • AIXE provides calculations and insights based on data supplied and does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

5. Acceptable use

  • No illegal content or data.
  • No attempts to reverse engineer, hack, or bypass security.
  • No reselling / white-labelling of the service without written agreement.

6. Intellectual property

  • AIXE retains all IP in:
  • the platform, models, algorithms, UI,
  • documentation and marketing material.
  • Customer retains IP in:
  • their own data, brands, and business logic.

7. Limitation of liability

  • AIXE is provided “as is” and “as available” within reasonable commercial standards.
  • No liability for:
  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • loss of profit, revenue, or data,
  • decisions made by the customer based on AIXE outputs.
  • Overall liability capped at a defined amount (e.g. fees paid in the last 12 months) – fees paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

  • Customer may cancel subscription at any time (effective end of current billing period).
  • AIXE may terminate/suspend accounts for non-payment, breach of Terms, or security/legal reasons.
  • On termination, data export + deletion policy as in Privacy section.
