AIXE is a profit-intelligence tool that turns your sales, production and margin data into clear decisions. It shows where you really make money, which products or segments to scale or kill, and which profit routes are most attractive.
You upload a structured data file (for example a CSV or Excel export from your ERP/CRM) with your transactions or product data. AIXE processes the file, calculates revenue, profit and margin, and then shows dashboards with top product segments and suggested profit routes.
At minimum you need:
● Product or SKU
● Quantity / volume
● Revenue or selling price
● Cost of goods or cost price
Optionally you can add customer, segment, region and other fields for deeper analysis.
For this version, AIXE supports CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files exported from your existing systems.
After you upload a valid file, AIXE processes it within a few minutes and shows the results in the dashboard: revenue, profit, profit margin, top product segments and a suggested “most profitable route”.
Your data is stored in a secure database with restricted admin access only. Uploaded files and results are used solely to generate your reports and are not shared with third parties.
AIXE is designed for small and mid-size brands and manufacturers that want to understand real profitability per product, segment or route, instead of just looking at top-line revenue.
Yes. You can click “Analyze Sample Data” on the homepage to upload a demo file and see how the dashboard works before using your own data.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between plans as your needs change. Cancellation simply stops the next billing cycle.
